Refund policy
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, including beauty products, personal care items, herbal products, ritual products, curated gift boxes, and specialty collections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We maintain strict quality and hygiene standards and therefore cannot restock or resell returned items.
Exceptions
A replacement or store credit may be considered only under the following circumstances:
* The wrong item was shipped by Maison Atelier Collection.
* The item received is substantially different from what was ordered.
* The item arrives damaged due to an error in packaging.
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
* Order number
* Clear photographs of the item received
* Photographs of the packaging
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Approval of any replacement or store credit is at the sole discretion of Maison Atelier Collection.
